Overview
At JW Welding & Fabrication, many of our products are custom-made, personalised, or manufactured to customer specifications. This policy outlines the responsibilities of both JW Welding & Fabrication and the customer when ordering custom products.

JW Welding & Fabrication is not responsible for errors that were present on an approved design proof.

· Production delays may occur.
Any requested changes will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Custom-made products include, but are not limited to:
· Personalised signs

Once fabrication or manufacturing has commenced, cancellations will generally not be accepted.
Returns and Refunds
Custom-made and personalised products are not eligible for return or refund due to:
· Change of mind
· Customer ordering errors
· Incorrect measurements supplied by the customer
· Spelling or wording errors approved by the customer
· Design choices approved by the customer
This policy does not exclude any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual Property
All custom artwork, drawings, proofs, designs, CAD files, DXF files, concepts, product designs, and manufacturing methods created by JW Welding & Fabrication remain the intellectual property of JW Welding & Fabrication unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or commercially manufacture our designs without prior written consent.
Product Variations
Due to the nature of metal fabrication and handmade manufacturing processes:
· Minor variations may occur.
· Finished products may differ slightly from digital proofs.
· Material finishes may vary.
· Corten steel products will naturally weather and develop unique patinas over time.
These variations are normal characteristics of custom fabrication and do not constitute defects.
Production Timeframes
Estimated production timeframes are provided as a guide only.
Timeframes may vary due to:
· Material availability
· Workshop workload
· Custom design complexity
· Public holidays
· Supplier delays
· Freight delays
JW Welding & Fabrication will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant delays.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
