At JW Welding & Fabrication, we proudly manufacture and supply Australian-made metal art, fire pits, outdoor products, and custom steel creations.

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Processing Times

  • In-stock products are generally processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Custom-made or personalised products may require additional manufacturing time before dispatch.
  • Production timeframes vary depending on the complexity of the item and current workload. If your order requires an extended lead time, we will contact you directly.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product size and weight
  • Delivery location
  • Carrier rates

As many of our products are manufactured from steel and can be heavy or oversized, shipping charges may vary significantly between locations.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Queensland: 2–7 business days
  • Interstate Metro Areas: 3–10 business days
  • Regional & Remote Areas: 5–15 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.

Custom and Personalised Orders

Customised and personalised products are made specifically for the customer and may require additional production time before shipping.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all custom text, spelling, measurements, and design details provided at the time of ordering are correct.

Authority to Leave

If you provide authority for a parcel to be left unattended, JW Welding & Fabrication accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage after delivery has been completed.

Delivery Address

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate when placing your order.

Additional freight charges may apply if an order needs to be redirected or re-delivered due to incorrect address information.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of any damaged products

This allows us to investigate the issue with the freight carrier as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

Some oversized products may not be available for delivery to certain remote locations. If this occurs, we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping arrangements.
